Speaker Introduction:
Mr. Gang Wang
Mr. Wang is the Minister of Regulatory Affairs for Nutrition, Health and Food and has a Master of Nutrition and Food Hygiene from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
He is responsible for his ministry’s food and special diet related policies and regulations and participates in the preparation and revision of many national special food policies, regulations and standards.
